SEPTEMBER: Community Outreach Center & Windsor-Severance Food Pantry
In Greeley, we’re supporting the Community Outreach Center, and this month we get to both celebrate and serve at the COC with some fun branding changes and a volunteer morning.
In Windsor, we’re partnering with A Place at the Table – a free dinner provided by volunteers and sponsored through the Windsor-Severance Food Pantry.
Community Outreach Center
The COC serves people and families in the Greeley community through distribution of gently used clothes, hygiene items, and food. Each month they see 250 – 300 individual people and are always in need of more of these items.
Volunteer as you can from 9:00-11:00am on September 21, then celebrate the new branding of the COC at an Open House, September 21 at 11:00am. 908 11th Ave, Greeley. CO
Visit the OneThing table to pick up a white bag, and return it with non-perishable foods, hygiene items, and gently used clothes throughout the month of September!
Windsor- Severance Food Pantry
A Place at the Table is a free dinner provided by volunteers and sponsored by the Windsor-Severance Food Pantry. It is open to everyone who is in need of a meal and fellowship.
Generations is serving dinner on Wednesdays, September 18 & 25 at 6:00-7:00pm. Volunteers may arrive as early at 5:00pm.
Sign up at the OneThing Table to help with an entree, side, or dessert.
In March, we supported the COC by donating needed supplies (75+ red bags full of goods), volunteering at work days (35+ people), and hosting an open house to show how the COC helps serve those in our community.
