Join our volunteer team at a nursing home!
Life Care Center of Greeley at 4800 25th Street is interested in having volunteers come and spend one on one time with someone who has no family to visit. Choose your activity: reading, crafting, singing, writing letters, etc. Whatever you would like.
To meet and receive a volunteer packet to fill out, and talk about times you would like to visit, reach out to the contact information below. Life Care will run a background check as part of their protocol.
Plan on meeting Tuesday mornings at 8am to get some exercise and get to know one another. We will meet at various parks in Greeley. I will post the location for each week through a text thread so make sure you give me your phone number.
Let’s get out and enjoy riding together. Tuesday mornings would be in town. Saturday mornings will be longer rides, generally the Poudre trail. I will contact you each week for locations.
If you would like a chance to mentor or be mentored by another woman at Generations Church, we want to hear from you! To mentor doesn’t mean to counsel or solve each other’s problems: it means to hear and be heard by another woman who can encourage, laugh, pray and be available for times of fun and fellowship! Whatever stage of life you’re in, you have much to share and much to learn.
Meets on the second Friday of each month, starting Friday 9/8. Locations and activities will vary, but once a month we will go out for dinner, drinks or a fun evening out of fellowship. Bring a friend, all are welcome!
